A Blush family photoshoot is a great way to celebrate a new addition to the family or to capture all of the different stages of your child/children’s growth. Kids grow up so fast so it’s important to update your family portrait every few years.
We will provide make up and hairstyling for each family member as required and take a mixture of shots in our studios with up to three outfit changes. Popular combinations are the family group, individual portraits, siblings, parents, mother and daughters, father and sons, but we are happy to accommodate any combinations you like.

One of our most popular type of family shoots are Pregnancy and Maternity shoots. Pregnancy is such a miracle, and such a special time in a mother and her partner's life. Nine months passes by so fast and it is so priceless to have this time captured in a photograph forever.
Blush specialises in tasteful, artistic 'Demi Moore' style photography for pregnant women and their partners. We recommend booking your pregnancy shoot for at least three weeks before your due date.

We recommend to bring a selection of at least 3 different outfits for each member of the family.
At blush we have lots of props available for your child's shoot: angel wings, toys, lots of different hats, feather boas, fur, satin, tuille, etc. We recommend that you bring in some extra props as well: your child's favourite toy, blanket or special outfit. This will help to personalise the shoot and will make your child feel at ease. For older kids you may want to bring sporting equipment (eg. cricket bat, football, skateboard, surfboard), favourite team jersey or dress up costumes.
We will guide you as to what looks will best suit your child and your photographer will assist all of you through every step of the shoot.
